Hr Manager / Director For Multiple Dealerships

Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to join our team. As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our HR department and developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the overall business objectives
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding
- Lead performance management initiatives to ensure employee development and engagement
- Implement succession planning programs to identify and develop top talent within the organization
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with department managers to develop training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human capital management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field in automotive industry;
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR management roles
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional program management abilities with a focus on delivering results
