Some initiative and judgement to estimate amounts of laundry for machines and degrees of soil. Must be able to perform repetitive tasks which sometimes involve unpleasant conditions. Ability to organize time, evaluate work load and set priorities. Good physical condition. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
