Intake specialists that have experience working in the recovery field have done extremely well within our business model. If you have two or more years of sobriety and are actively working in the recovery space than you could be the right fit.

Role Overview: As an Intake Specialist, you will be a crucial part of our team, responsible for building relationships with consumers all across the country. Your empathetic approach, strong communication skills, and financial acumen will be vital in helping individuals find relief from their debt-related stress.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their financial situations and goals
- Develop personalized debt settlement plans that align with clients' needs
- Negotiate with creditors to reach favorable settlement agreements
- Provide clear explanations of settlement terms and payment options to clients
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of negotiations and settlements
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
- Collaborate with team members to optimize strategies and processes
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathetic and patient attitude towards clients
- Ability to analyze financial data and create effective solutions
- Familiarity with debt relief laws and regulations (a plus)
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
