Landscaper/Groundskeeper

This is a 1-year contract for a local commercial property that you will be expected to maintain weekly.

NET30 means services between the 1st and 15th of the month will be paid in 30 days (the 15th of the following month).

Responsibilities:
- Perform general landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Operate power tools and hand tools to complete various landscaping tasks
- Assist in the maintenance of sidewalks with pressure washing
- Remove weeds, debris, and leaves from outdoor areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of outdoor areas including parking lot and garbage enclosure

- During winter months, salt and snow plowing needed
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment when necessary

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred
- Knowledge of various power tools and hand tools used in landscaping
- Familiarity with lawn care techniques and plant maintenance, as well as pressure washing, and winterizing (salt/plowing)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
