• Landscape Construction Experienced Foreman. $25 - $36 per hour depending on experience

You did it, and now you’re finally reading the job description you have been waiting for, nice job!  Pacific Landscape Management is a locally owned company that is very pleased to have been a part of the surrounding community here in Maltby, WA.  We love this area of the State so much in fact that we opened two more locations, one in Pacific, WA and the second in Black Diamond, WA.

The CHALLENGE…

• Able to communicate with construction project manager to discuss job scope, client expectations, and specific tasks for each project.
• Able to organize crew and create work plans for daily and weekly operation.
• Able to lead by example and train crew members to safely perform their jobs in a professional manner.
• Able to adapt and be flexible to changes needed for specific jobs.
• Understand, maintain, and operate within the confines of a budget for each project.
• Have a can-do attitude and an ability to inspire those who work for you.
• Must have the ability to perform manual labor, wheelbarrowing, digging, raking, mulching, debris pick up and removal and have full range of motion.
• Must have knowledge and experience using 2-cycle power equipment.
• 5 years commercial/residential Landscape Construction experience

3 years minimum in Forman position- leading crews

• Ability to communicate in English/Spanish
• Expert level understanding in irrigation, hardscape install, machine operation, planting, reading plans, organizing workload, and running a crew daily efficiently.
• Current/Valid Washington State driver’s license
