Job Title: Residential New Construction HVAC Foreman
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Residential New Construction HVAC Foreman to lead our HVAC installation team in the residential construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, proven leadership abilities, and the ability to manage projects efficiently from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
- Oversee and lead the HVAC installation team in residential new construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure HVAC installations align with project timelines and specifications.
- Provide on-site leadership and guidelines.
Installation and Maintenance:
- Supervise the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in new residential construction projects.
- Ensure that all HVAC systems meet industry standards, local codes, and project specifications.
- Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee the highest level of workmanship.
Team Management:
- Train, and mentor HVAC Installers.
- Allocate work assignments and responsibilities to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Communication:
- Effectively communicate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
- Provide regular project updates to relevant stakeholders.
Safety Compliance:
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all team members adhere to safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
- materials and Inventory Management:
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Problem Solving:
- Identify and resolve any technical or logistical issues during HVAC installations.
- Collaborate with the project team to find innovative solutions to challenges.
