Work Arrangement:

  • This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Clawson three times per week, at minimum.

  • This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate

The Role:

The Customer Care and Aftersales (CCA) Global Labor Time department is seeking a Labor Time Coordinator to become part of the team. This position will be responsible for coordinating data and Labor Time guide related content. The position will also require assigning individuals on the team various tasks, prioritizing those task and ensuring a balanced workload.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate team efforts on special projects

  • Work with other teams such as Mechanical Service Information Team and Global Warranty Team on special projects

  • Single point of contact for Labor Time publication related issues.

  • Global Coordination – Work with all regions to share best practices and implement learnings/tools.

  • Process Development and Execution

  • Creating and communication metrics

Additional Description

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):

  • Strong automotive technical knowledge

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Products

  • High Initiative

  • Ability to analyze data.  (See trends, use for decision making)

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively or independently in a production-based environment with alignment to delivery schedule timing.

What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Two-year associate degree in automotive field or combination of equivalent training and relevant automotive experience

  • Experience working in an independent or dealership service department.

  • Hands on experience with a vehicle

  • Understanding of Flat-Rate and Labor Times

  • Data Analytic Experience

  • Project Management Experience

  • Experience communicating with global teams.
