Korean Speaking Administrative Assistant/Receptionist (Part-Time)

This program caters to children from 13 to 55 months and is highly acclaimed for its effectiveness and educational value.

Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Work Hours: 3 days per week (2 weekdays and Saturday), 7 hours per day
Expected Weekly Hours: 21

Main Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle inbound phone inquiries, offering professional consultations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support, assisting customers with various inquiries.
• Guide and inform customers about program details and operational aspects.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless program operations.
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner during all customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Korean with strong verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle inquiries and provide clear, concise guidance.
• Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
• A detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills.
