Hiring Korean Speaking Receptionist

Endocrinology specialist office looking for a receptionist.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone
• Assist providers, colleagues, visitors and patients with all enquiries
• Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Schedule appointments accurately between doctors and patients, notify providers of patient arrival.
• Adhere to clinic policies and procedures during all activities
• Photocopy, scan and shred documentation as required
• Any additional tasks as assigned to you by your supervisor

Requirements:

• Must bilingual in Korean and English
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask
• Strong organizational, administrative and planning skills
• Ability to work comfortably under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations
• Passionate about healthcare excellence

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
