Summary: We are looking for a Senior Associate Digital Marketing Specialistwho has a background in content creation and Digital Marketing, preferably working on a brand's DTC E-commerce team. The role will focus on digital content creation and execution across multiple platforms, including email, website, and digital ads. This position will help assist with creating and evolving the KJUS digital customer experience. Our goal is to continue the growth of our e-commerce business in North America and Europe while elevating the customer journey to meet the high brand expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the email creation and content strategy including assisting the DTC and Marketing teams in planning email calendar, researching innovative ideas and best-practices, and conducting email creation.
- Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager on CRM segmenting and automation tactics, as well as review email campaign performance and strategic planning.
- Assist with digital ad agency assets and necessary content creation, working closely with E-Commerce and Brand Managers to execute a best-in-class marketing and premium experience.
- Support the seasonal launch of each category of product including content, product image and item data uploads, and merchandising.
- Coordinate with DTC and Marketing teams on seasonal campaigns and ad-hoc content for the KJUS DTC website, creating engaging, story-telling content while following e-commerce best-practices.
- Support DTC catalog team and digital ad campaigns with targeted landing pages and supporting content.
- Write, review, and edit website copy, product descriptions, category pages, and content landing pages ensuring optimization for search engine visibility and aligned with our brand tone and voice.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and phrases that align with our business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager to develop content strategies that capitalize on keyword trends, top traffic driving terms, and other opportunities to improve search visibility.
- Conduct regular site and content audits and updates to ensure that our website's content remains fresh, relevant, and optimized.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing is required.
- Experience in Digital Marketing and content creation, preferably working on or within a brand's DTC Ecommerce organization.
- Strong understanding of both the marketing and customer experience of an e-commerce site.
- Prior experience in product and content management on e-commerce platforms. Experience with SFCC a plus.
- Email campaign creation and planning experience.
- Skilled in SEO copywriting preferred.
- A track record of successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with design programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create graphics for promotions, ads, email, and website content.
- Ability to edit photos and videos preferred.
- A willingness and flexibility to take on new tasks and additional responsibilities as the DTC team grows.
Salary Range $54,100-67,500.
