As a member of the Marketing team, the Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for Lead Generation, Website Maintenance, Inbound and E-mail Marketing, Paid Advertising, and Reporting/Analysis. This role reports into our Director of Marketing.

What You'll Accomplish / Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation
- Develop and execute comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.
- Develop and maintain nurture campaigns, including content insights to keep leads engaged and moving through the funnel.
- Monitor marketing workflows/automations to ensure leads are progressing through the funnel properly and being handed over to sales as appropriate.
- Monitor and adjust lead scoring criteria, as needed, to ensure funnel progression.
- Post content, including blogs, press releases, news items, and other updates as needed.
- Optimize website content for SEO to enhance visibility and organic traffic.
- Manage the website's integration with marketing automation tools to streamline marketing workflows.
- Collaborate with our website maintenance vendor to address technical issues, ensure functionality, and overall QA of interactive elements.
- Use Google Analytics to track website performance, user behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create email campaigns, manage list segmentation, apply A/B testing, and monitor performance for improvement and iteration.
- Utilize HubSpot to automate and optimize marketing workflows, lead nurturing, and customer engagement.
- Manage organic social media, including creating and scheduling posts, monitoring social media channels, and engaging with the audience.
- Develop comprehensive paid ad strategies that align with overall business goals
- Set up and configure ad campaigns, including targeting parameters, bid strategies, and ad placements.
- Ensure proper tracking and tagging of campaign elements for accurate performance measurement.
- Monitor ad campaigns during the launch phase to address any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with design team to create visually appealing and effective ads
- Analyze data and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
- Provide regular reports to the marketing and sales teams
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in Digital Marketing and healthcare technology to implement innovative strategies.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives support the sales funnel and contribute to revenue growth.
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing to help Manage the company's online presence and brand, including the website, social media profiles, and other digital platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot for marketing automation and lead management.
- 2+ years of remote work experience and comfort with working independently and as part of a team.
- In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing strategies, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- SEO knowledge a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Curious and creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling and targeted content.
- Must develop a strong understanding of Lumeon's product and target audience(s).
