Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will maintain and implement Digital Marketing calendars, as well as oversee management of company social channels.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborates with the Marketing Director to develop growth plans for department
Works with Marketing Director to develop digital strategy for social, Bron University blog, and website
Coordinates digital promotions for new product launches
Develops digital campaigns for markets/focus products identified by the Marketing Director
Manages company social media channels
Writes content for the Bron University Blog
Provides direction for and creates digital media
Has a deep understanding of target customer
Provides spend forecast for digital campaigns to Marketing Director
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications, Knowledge, & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
Valid driver's license, vehicle, and insurance
3 years of industry experience - B2B preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time and task management skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Team player
Self-starter and motivated to learn
Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects
Experience with HubSpot- Preferred but not required
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Express) and/or Canva
Proficient managing company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok)
Proficient in Graphic Design
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation:
$27.00 - $29.00/hr
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
