SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensures Team Members follow recipes and read tickets to accurately prepare all orders.
- Ensures Team Members are extremely knowledgeable in each position.
- Ensures that Team Members work at a pace to maintain restaurant's established speed of service guidelines.
- Ensures workstations are clean at all times.
- Ensures Team Members follow procedures at all times.
- Executes proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Holds team members accountable for adhering to policies.
- Ensures that Team Members monitor food quality, production, and overall facility cleanliness.
- Perform any of the tasks above as needed throughout shift.
- Addresses guest issues that may arise; consults with management regarding complex issues.
- Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all Team Members with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
- Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management.
- Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
- Ability to manage employees, training and coaching skills with evidence of developing exceptionally motivated teams
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate
- Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results
