Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing duty completion via IAuditor; Management of replenishment and rotation of stock as directed by the Executive Chef.
- Maintain a high level of sanitation awareness and conscientiousness; professional, safe, and efficient manner.
- Inputting daily event sheets, daily reports, and schedules. Responsible for employee ABI reports and edits.
- Purchasing of all food and beverage. Performing daily order guides for pars and ordering. Work with the Chefs for banquet orders. Maintain up to date order guides to ensure proper pars are maintained.
- Ability to follow directions precisely and consistently; maintenance of work area and proper food storage; opening and closing duties.
- Adheres to company guidelines and house rules, always exceeds client’s expectations.
- Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of staff. In charge of temp company requests and their scheduling.
- Updating BEO board daily and must attend all BEO meetings.
- Must have extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials and services offered.
- Inventory process and updating monthly for any price or pack size changes to individual products.
- Ability to assure compliance with company service standards, company inventory and employee recognition programs.
- Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the venue.
- Ability to lift and transport food and other items weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Assist in hiring process- assist with interviews.
- Facilitate staff engagement.
- Assists in developing processes around retention and promotion.
