Service Managers (Leader): Skilled manager(s) with detailed understanding of Service - Host - Bar operations and the vocal coaching skills to build happy and high performing teams.
Kitchen Managers (Leaders): Skilled manager(s) with detailed understanding of Great food quality, kitchen operations, food cost, cleanliness, organization, labor awareness and control. Skilled vocal coaching to build happy and high performing teams.
