Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are willing to learn and excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success. Opportunities for advancement are available for individuals demonstrating excellent performance and leadership skills.

Job Descriptions (including and not limited to)

- Brewing tea in individual cups and batches with a deep focus on quality and flavor.
- Preparing food and drink items, including cooking boba and cutting fresh ingredients.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the workspace, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down counters and tables.
- Organizing boxes delivered to store
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer complaints and feedback.
- Able to work at least 15 hours a week. Working hours are flexible.
- Full time position also available

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS VALUES THAT INCLUDE:
- A strong passion for tea and a basic understanding of different varieties.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building and nurturing customer relationships.
- The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A minimum commitment of 15 hours per week; full-time positions also available.
- Reliable transportation.
- Basic conversational skills in Mandarin Chinese would be an asset, though not required.
- A positive, friendly, and cheerful attitude (very important!)
