Responsibilities
•
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
•
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by BP’s gold standard
•
Has understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in the station
•
Responsible for maintaining all equipment machines to prepare food including powering on and off at the beginning and close of the restaurant
•
Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
•
Verify that prepared food meets BP requirements for quality
•
Maintain personal health and sanitation standards
•
Must be knowledgeable of all safety codes per BP's guidelines
•
Ensure compliance with BP’s code of ethics, integrity and conduct
•
Job Type: Part-time and Full-time Available

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
