Kitchen Assistant

Responsibilities: - Assist in food preparation and meal assembly - Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Assist with inventory management and stock rotation - Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards - Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleanup as needed Experience: - Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred - Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation - Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Skills: - Food service experience - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team - Knowledge of meal preparation techniques - Understanding of food safety guidelines - Basic culinary skills, including knife handling As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our kitchen operations.
