Position Title: Kids Club Attendant
Reports To: Kids Club Manager and shift supervisor
Work Schedule: Hiring for morning shifts. Shifts are from 8:00am to 1:00pm.
1) Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with a weekend shift
2) Tuesday and Thursday with a weekend shift
Job Type: Part-time maximum hours of 28 hours per week
Position Purpose: The Kids Club Attendant’s goal is to create such an engaging experience for the children that they want to drop their parents off at the gym. They give parents the peace of mind knowing their children are receiving social, emotional, and educational benefits in a safe environment.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
· The Kid’s Club Attendant ensures that the Kid’s Club delivers a safe and positive experience for our kids, members, and guests.
- Supervise activities of all assigned children in Kid’s Club and ensure child remains in designated area.
- Participates and entertains children with games or other approved activities.
- Reads to children, and teaches them simple painting, drawing, and crafts.
- Organizes and stores toys and materials to ensure order in Kids Club area
- Sanitizes toys, play equipment, and complete the daily cleaning checklist
- Helps plan age appropriate activities on a weekly basis
- Ensures that all necessary paperwork is completed as needed to include: accident reports, sign in sheets, weekly tally sheets, and opening and closing sheets
- Attends all required staff meetings
- Ensures parents are adhering to the Kids Club policies and signing child in and out of facility
- Ensures that all safety precautions are taken when receiving and releasing children to the parent/legal guardian by using the Parental ID check in process.
- Must be accountable for children at all times
- Other duties as assigned

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 28 per week
