Key Account Specialist (Engineering Background Required)

Job Summary
The Technical Key Account Specialist provide technical support for DJI’s dealers and Key Accounts in order to provide the best service.
Essential Functions

• Provide technical support and training remotely for Key accounts and drone solutions in the end user field trip in the North American region.
• Maintain the relationship & corporate with the DJI Sales team to fulfill clients’ needs and handle major complaints to achieve aftersales targets in North America Region.
• Provide training for DJI’s dealer, improve the dealer’s service;
• Handle major complaints in the region
• Manage the NA GKAS team’s internal technical skills training and ensure the escalation channel efficiency with the HQ FAE team.
• Optimize the cultural difference to serve the US market smoothly in terms of regulations, work efficiency, technical needs, and translation.
• Perform other job duties as assigned

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a four-year university, preferably engineering degrees. Background in mapping is highly preferred

Experience

• Have experience in business to business after sales realm, understand the pain point of providing service to business clients
• DJI drone experience/knowledge is highly preferred

Knowledge and Skillsets

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, be able to establish trust with the dealer quickly;
• Strong execution skills, be able to launch policy changes and improvements;
• Strong learning ability, strong passion in learning new products;
• Work well under pressure, be able to adapt
• Proficient in Microsoft office is a must
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin speaking is Plus.
• Part 107 certificate preferred

Travel Requirements
Up to 50% of domestic travel is expected for this position.

Supervisory responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

FLSA Compliance and Work hours
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, and can range anywhere between 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Occasional evening and weekend work maybe required as duties demand.

Pay: $70,716.00 - $112,320.00 per year
