Key Account Executive

To support this growth, Daxtra is seeking to hire an experienced, passionate and results-driven Key Account Executive to manage and drive strategic partnerships and elevate our client relationships to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building:
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, focusing on expansion and retention.
    • Understand the business needs and objectives of customers to position relevant solutions.
  • Revenue Generation:
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for markets and solutions to meet revenue goals.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets for upsells, cross-sells, and expansions within assigned accounts.
    • Identify and pursue opportunities to increase customer spend and overall revenue. Generate revenue from existing Enterprise level customers to upsell and cross sell new solutions that they do not previously own.
  • Sales Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for each assigned account.
    • Collaborate with the customer success team to align sales strategies with customer success initiatives.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management:
    • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and renewal agreements.
    • Ensure contracts align with both customer expectations and company objectives.
  • Market Awareness:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
    • Use market insights to tailor sales strategies and stay ahead of customer needs.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
    • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
    • Showcase the value proposition and unique selling points of the company's products or services.
  • Forecasting and Reporting:
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis.
    • Keep leadership informed about progress toward sales targets and Key Account developments.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
    • Provide valuable input to product teams based on customer feedback and market insights.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Executive or in a similar role, minimum of 5 years significantly increasing revenue.
  • Experience managing large enterprise accounts from HRTech position.
  • Strong knowledge of Corporate HR and Staffing technology and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically.
  • MUST be driven by "making the number," and strong affinity for team success.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions grounded in data and metrics.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, influence, and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Strategic mind-set, ability to tell a great story and the ability to draw key insights from analytics to make key business decisions.
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills necessary to drive and lead cross-functional initiatives, and to be effective in a matrixed and fast-moving environment.

Compensation

A competitive compensation package will include a base salary, incentive plan and benefits.


Education

A bachelor's degree is preferred, proven experience will also be considered.
