Fahrenheit Advisors are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Our client, UZURV, is strategically positioning itself to explore an exit strategy within the next 3-5 years. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining and accelerating the company's substantial momentum while unlocking its full potential for long-term value creation.
UZURV has transitioned beyond the startup phase, the company has transformed into a high-powered rocket ship, fueling rapid growth and innovation. They have experienced back-to-back year over year revenue growth of approximately 120% and climbing. In addition to service delivery, a separate revenue stream driven by technology offerings will be recognized beginning in 2024.
This position will be based in Richmond, VA.
