In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring our furry guests and their owners have a five-star start to their day. Your responsibilities will include:

● Tech-Savvy Dog Wrangler: Utilizing our kennel software system like a pro, you'll handle check-ins, check-outs, and maintain accurate records of our canine comrades.

● Customer Care Canine Style: Welcome dog owners with warmth and charm, sharing brief updates on their furry friend's day to put their minds at ease.

● Hydration Hero: Ensure water bowls are perpetually full, keeping our thirsty pups refreshed
● Mealtime Maestro: Dish out delicious meals according to client instructions
● Doorman Dog Whisperer: Guide pups to and from our front gate with confidence and care, creating a smooth transition between home and play.
● Phone Charmer: Your friendly voice will be the first impression (and reassurance) over the phone. You do not need to be the expert, just helpful and friendly.
● Multitasking Mastermind: Juggle arrivals, departures, and assigned tasks with ease, always keeping an eye on our four-legged guests.
● Teamwork Tail-Wags: Keep the manager and crew informed of any noteworthy events from your shift (tasks not completed, comments from clients, issues with any of the guests).
● Slack Savvy: Stay connected and in the loop using Slack, our communication app!
● Cleanliness Champion: Sanitize floors, wash dishes, and maintain a hygienic environment

Bonus points and maybe even bonus pay if you:

● Hold a current CPR certificate for pets (or are willing to obtain one).
● Have experience with dogs in a professional setting.
● Possess a natural knack for reading canine body language

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
