What You Will Do:

Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and proper control of transactions. Support service personnel in providing excellent service to Karl Customers. Serve as a liaison between customer and technician.

• Have a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service.

• Possess the ability to use technology applicable to role, and to access information necessary to complete daily responsibilities.
• Be able to ask needed questions, problem solve and utilize a variety of tools to define the issue and provide appropriate information
• Be able to stand and maneuver around office/shop for long periods of time
