Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Perform triage assessments to determine priority of care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment options, and preventive measures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in an Emergency Room setting
- Proficient in acute pain management techniques
- Knowledge of sonography procedures and interpretation of results
- Experience with IV insertion and management
- Familiarity with family planning and reproductive health services
- Ability to provide home care and senior care services
- Competence in tube feeding techniques
- Proficiency in using ICD-10 coding system for accurate documentation
- Experience working with Epic or similar electronic medical record systems
