Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to join our team. The Junior Project Manager will act as a liaison between various departments and the development team, ensuring effective communication and coordination of project needs. This role requires a basic understanding of project management principles, SaaS platforms, and agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact between department heads and the development team, ensuring clear and effective communication of project requirements and updates.- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist in Managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Gather and consolidate project requirements from different departments, ensuring all needs are accurately communicated.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the development team and C-level executives.
- Assist in the resolution of any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Have an understanding of SaaS platforms running in a hybrid of Kanban and Scrum for ongoing support and larger project initiatives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to systems, processes, and project management.
- Implement data quality management practices to ensure the data's accuracy, reliability, and integrity.
Skills and Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business, project management, information systems, or a related field.- Proven experience in project management, with a strong focus on SaaS platforms and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and provide insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in performing all essential duties.
- Experience working with technical teams and understanding of software development processes.
