As a Junior Project Manager, you will analyze traditional and social media data, write and present reports, maintain client relationships, ensure data integrity, review coders’ work and provide feedback, and develop sector expertise. A successful JPM is a self-starter requiring minimal day-to-day supervision and should collaborate well with colleagues. He/She works with a complexity of problems solved is easy to moderately complex with guidance and should be well-versed in all aspects of the platform(s) required for the work

Responsibilities
- Working with Project Managers and providing assistance whenever needed
- Using project management principles to oversee productivity
- Coordinating timelines and adjust objectives according to new directives
- Meeting with clients and ask questions to clarify goals
- Preparing progress reports for Project Managers
- Attending status meetings and updating team members about potential project delays
- Directing employees as needed and answering questions about their expectations
- Managing project risks and alerting Project Manager of impending issues
- Contribute articles and ideas to white papers and in-depth research.
- Understand project methodology.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a project coordinator or planner role
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work with employees from different departments
- General knowledge of project management software
- Excellent math skills
- Ability to coordinate team members to fit project directives
- Can confidently speak up and offer opinions in a team setting.
