In this role, the Junior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project automation, implementations, and maintaining a focused project team. This role demands an individual motivated by fast-paced timelines, eager to drive significant impact within the project environment. The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of experience in a dynamic setting with a strong background in Project Management.
- 2+ years in Program Management in fast-paced environment
- Background to look for: AP, AR, Supplier Master Data, procurement ok
- Projects based around enhancements, automation, SAP and training
* 2 years of experience in a Project or Project Management role; Experience managing multiple projects concurrently is advantageous * 2 years of direct experience in a Master Data Governance role is a plus * Agility in adapting to rapid process changes * Excellent communication skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Proficient in project management, self-management, and multitasking * Thorough proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel * Experience in maintaining or updating JIRA and Confluence or similar applications * Capability in building and maintaining a project * Ability to challenge and be challenged, fostering innovation * Intermediate knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite development software is beneficial * Proficiency in effective delegation * Strong time management skills
