Role:
In the first 30 days as an Inszone University student, you are paid learn the skills necessary to sit for your insurance producer's license. Students who obtain their license continue on to acquire the experience in both Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance, in both Sales and Service roles. At 90 days, participants then branch out into their chosen branch of business, beginning a career that can last a lifetime.
The start date for this onsite role is May 1st.
Qualifications:
- No insurance experience necessary! If you are interested in beginning a career in the insurance industry, we will train you and pay for your licensing.
- Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear, calm, and positive manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
- Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner
- Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
- Computer literacy - Students are taught the use of our systems, but familiarity with computer systems and navigation will contribute to your success in this role.
- Schedule Adherence - Consistent attendance is necessary to be successful in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide answers to questions for our customers, service as a primary resource.
- Quote and sell insurance to callers, consulting to build long-term relationships
- Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
- Follow-up on all activities with speed and commitment.
