Job Title: Junior Human Resources Manager

Job Overview: As our Junior Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our team members and overseeing various HR functions. You will be responsible for managing the employee life cycle, implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about HR and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

- Support the recruitment and onboarding process by posting job listings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing offer letters.

- Develop and maintain relationships with universities and recruiting agencies to attract top talent to the company.

- Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and compliance with company policies.

- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job titles, and salary changes.

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

- Conduct regular training sessions for employees on company policies, compliance, and diversity and inclusion.

- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and concerns.

- Support the performance management process by conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and managing performance improvement plans.

- Coordinate employee benefits and insurance programs, including health, dental, and vision plans.

- Assist in developing and organizing company events to promote employee engagement and build a positive work culture.

- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.

- Support managers in resolving any employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.

- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Experience with HR software and tools.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Proven ability to problem solve and make sound decisions.
