Created 32 years ago, the PCA Group of Companies (PCA) is a privately-owned, global beauty holding company. Currently being led by the founders and the next generation of the family, the Group spans ~1500 employees in 5 geographic locations around the world, focused on omnichannel distribution and fulfillment for the beauty category. Multiple subsidiaries with a distinct leadership, business direction, and separate financial structure.
The Junior Graphic Designer is a key member of the creative team, supporting the team’s marketing and branding efforts across various platforms. The Junior Designer will be responsible for creating visual assets based on established style guides and brand identity requirements, and producing assets that amplify the digital profile of PCA’s roster of beauty and lifestyle brands.
Responsibilities:
- Develop visually compelling graphics, layouts, and illustrations for digital, product and retail materials.
- Assist creative team creating and revising design assets for digital and retail channels.
- Work collaboratively with the creative team and with cross-functional teams including digital and trade marketing, and brand management.
- Produce and design internal and external communication materials, including decks, and emails.
- Review and manage brand asset libraries, including product photography, lifestyle and model photography, and internal design assets.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally across digital and retail channels, including products / technical production design
- Experience in beauty/cpg preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of design principles including layout, typography, and information hierarchy
- Experiencing with retouching
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; Motion design a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace apps
- Ability to work autonomously and iteratively, able to proactively balance multiple projects and priorities.

- Interest in photography and art direction
- Interest in web / UX design
