As a Home Health Aide, your role will encompass assisting with daily activities, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and providing companionship. Responsibilities:
Assist clients in their daily routines, including tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Observe and report any changes in a patient's health status or behavior to the healthcare team.
Support clients with medication administration and perform other necessary medical duties.
Engage in conversation and activities to provide companionship to clients.
Aid clients with mobility and transfers as required.
Assist in meal planning, preparation, and feeding when necessary.
Ensure the proper maintenance of medical equipment.
Requirements:
Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
CPR certification.
Proficiency in medical terminology and procedures.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
Physical stamina and flexibility to lift and move patients.
