Junior Grants Management Associate

EGS Inc. is seeking candidates for the position of Junior Grants Management Associate. This position can be worked remotely for the remainder of this year; however, all candidates are required to reside in Denver or the local surrounding area in case an office visit is needed. Onsite work in the Denver office will likely be required after the first of the new year.

This position uses knowledge of Financial Assistance Regulations to provide post-award administrative support including intake and review of financial and performance reports, obtaining required approvals of reports, preparation of modifications, close out of awards, and customer service. This position will also maintain reporting systems, electronic and official files, ensuring accuracy of information in systems and files, prepare notifications and other correspondence with recipients.

Requirements:
Two years of experience in a professional business environment performing duties that include: clear concise oral and written communication, documentation preparation, official correspondence, system operation and maintenance, file maintenance, system reporting, customer service, and coordination of business processes.

The pay rate for this position is $24.12/hour and benefits are provided.

U.S. Citizenship is required.
