Position: Junior Event Specialist

About the Role: As a Junior Event Specialist at Ideaboxpro, you will be an integral part of our dynamic events team, contributing to the seamless execution of extraordinary experiences. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for creating memorable events and a desire to grow in the event management industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure event success.
• Manage logistical details, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.
• Assist in budget management and expense tracking for each event.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and engage attendees.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools.
• Previous experience in event planning or a related role is a plus.
