Company Description: GAME: Great American Merchandise and Events is a consumer products manufacturer of innovative pool, spa and backyard accessories. Headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, GAME supplies products to distributors, retailers and marketplaces around the world. The Customer Support Specialist will work in our distribution center in McDonough, Georgia.

Job Description:

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features of our products.
• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
• Monitor customer complaints on social media and provide customer assistance where needed.
• Research and manage freight claims and other vendor portal notifications and work closely with management to resolution.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
• Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Understand and apply customer shipping requirements on outgoing shipments.
• Knowledge of vendor portals (Walmart, Home Depot, Canadian Tire, etc.)
• Provide management reports as required.

Requirements and Skills:

• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
• Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
• Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to professionally interact with customers and clients to desired outcomes.
• Must be able to work on weekends to answer Customer questions/complaints/etc.
• Microsoft Office Products (mail, word, excel, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
