Work with a lead estimator to prepare takeoffs based on architectural drawings. Prepare cost estimates of materials, labor, and subcontractors. Prepare production timelines and schedules and assist with change orders. Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and subcontractors.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of building experience
- Experience with reading blueprints and structural details
- Experience with computers, takeoffs, and estimating software
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to identify and articulate sequence of scope of work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
