Your Role
We are hiring a junior-level, motivated, and detail-oriented Engineering Tech to join our team.
- Support various engineering tasks to drive project success.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of commissioning and validation protocols.
- Support data and document procurement from various departments to complete commissioning and validation packets.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including validation, engineering, production, and quality labs for requesting and gathering required documentation for assembling commissioning and validation protocol packets.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of testing and validation activities.
- Communicate effectively to ensure all team members are informed of progress and challenges.
- Follow established safety protocols during all activities.
- Additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with degree in Engineering. Previous hands-on technical internship experience is preferred.
- Strong documentation knowledge and skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and systems.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Direct experience with commissioning and/or validation documentation is a plus.
- At PSC Biotech, many of our projects and clients are located in various regions around the country. Therefore, we value candidates who are willing and able to travel as needed for project assignments and client engagements. The ability to adapt to different locations, cultures, and work environments is essential, as it allows our team members to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues nationally.
Estimated pay rate (dependent on experience) is $20/hour.
