Junior Digital Marketing Associate

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Associate to join our rapidly growing team. This position is onsite and is located in our Wyndwood office.

Responsibilities:

• Develop spreadsheets and utilize quantitative analysis to interpret key marketing metrics.
• Utilize advanced marketing analytics techniques to collect data from diverse sources such as social media, web analytics, and search rankings.
• Contribute to the creation, scheduling, and management of content for social media and TV advertising.
• Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to enhance performance.
• Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to elevate search engine rankings.
• Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns to build business relationships and open channels for opportunities.
• Manage customer relationships and gain marketing insights using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship- building skills.
• Quick learning ability with a keen sense of adapting to business needs.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software such as Hubspot and Salesforce.
• In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing platforms, including Meta Business Center, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple Digital Marketing projects efficiently.
• Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing Digital Marketing landscape.
• Advanced certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other Digital Marketing platforms are a plus.
