Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of this position is to guide and direct flawless tracking and reporting. This position is an integral piece in the success of launching a digital campaign as this role serves to provide assets to all partners associated with a plan.
Main Responsibilities:
Account/Campaign technical set up development and strategy - 20%
- Meet with internal cross-functional teams to discuss upfront campaign set up (i.e. KPI goals)
Implementation (or Execution) focused on: - 50%
- Receives traffic sheet, creatives and 4th party tags from Digital team
- Ensuring Quality Assurance of instructions and assets; Provide feedback to Digital, Video, etc. team as needed
- Communicate with Media teams and/or client creative partners to recommend necessary creative changes to meet IAB and campaign specific specs
- Responsible for trafficking digital display and/or OLV campaigns
- Work with external partners (i.e. measurement, VVF (verification viewability fraud), etc.) to ensure tracking tags are provided for optimal measurement criteria
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for campaign execution and optimization success
Ongoing campaign maintenance and monitoring - 30%
- Provide initial problem-solving solutions to troubleshoot issues as they arrive
- Continuously review reporting to provide highlights and potential issues on a regular cadence
Key Behavioral Competencies:
To successfully work with multiple teams to launch digital campaigns, the Jr. Campaign Manager is required (through both in-house and vendor training) to be well-versed in the platforms that are used for successful campaign implementation.
Knowledge and Skills Required
- BA/BS required
- Must have strong MS Office skills
- Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop or come up with practical solutions for an issue (problem solving skills)
- Exceptional eye for detail/organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-pace environment

Salary Range
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00
A successful applicant's actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.
