ENTRY-LEVEL/JUNIOR BUSINESS AND IP LITIGATION ATTORNEY
We are a small boutique law firm (9 attorneys) looking for an entry-level or Junior Business/IIP Litigation Attorney who is passionate about being a true advisor and problem solver for businesses and business owners. This is an entry-level position for lawyers to gain experience in our firm’s practice area (business, IP, and litigation). This may also be an excellent spot for attorneys who want to get into this area from other practice areas (insurance defense/construction etc..)

Responsibilities:
- Spot legal issues with new matter
- Review, organize, and analyze documentation from the clients
- Present legal strategies via memos and advisory letters
- Perform legal research on pertinent client issues
- Assist with drafting business transaction documents
- Draft and answer legal questions for marketing and sales teams
- Prepare articles or blog posts on recent legal issues
- Assist communication with client
