Junior Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate to join our team. As a Junior Associate, you will provide administrative support and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and development.

Duties:

- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Assist with document management, including scanning, filing, and organizing paperwork
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Utilize software such as DocuSign for electronic document signing
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with basic bookkeeping (Training Provided)
- Provide general clerical support to the team as needed
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

-Travel maybe required to visit trade shows and gather information in Arizona, and other states. Possibility for international travel.
