```Duties:```
- Administer medications to residents according to prescribed dosage and schedule
- Monitor residents for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Document medication administration and resident care activities accurately and timely
- Communicate with healthcare professionals regarding resident's medication needs and changes in condition
- Assist with meal planning and preparation for residents with specific dietary needs
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in senior care, assisted living, or nursing home setting preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and practices
- Familiarity with dementia care and memory care techniques
- Ability to perform tube feeding for residents who require it
- Experience in phlebotomy is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with residents
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
