Junior Application Developer

We are looking to hire a Junior Application Developer to join our Business Solutions team. The Junior Application Developer will create and maintain solutions for the company that are effective and practical. This position will work closely with all departments to gain knowledge of business needs and bottlenecks and generate innovative ideas and work to create viable solutions.

What will you do?

• Write clean, scalable code using C# .NET programming language
• Implement solutions to mitigate and address issues
• Assist in translating business requirements and use cases into functional applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address issues.
• Assist in gathering business requirements and suggestions from various internal stakeholders to improve applications.
• Maintain and advance existing systems and applications.
• Assist with technical oversight of production systems, including experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Estimate projects/workload based on requirements and technical designs.

What do you need to bring to the table?

• 2+ Years as a full stack web/interactive designer/developer
• 2+ Years writing SQL queries against any Relational Database Management System, MS SQL preferred
• 2+ Years using Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, .Net (Framework and Core), HTML, CSS, Javascript
• General knowledge of XML & JSON
• Ability to effectively communicate (Verbal, Oral, and Written) with all levels of the organization including non-technical associates
• Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment and technologies.
• Ability to take initiative and operate independently and as a team
• Excellent Problem-solving skills
• Strong Intellectual Curiosity Trait with ability to drive solutions from these ideas.
