Activities related to designing and developing proprietary applications to support our business needs and goals. Supports organizational quality efforts by accepting responsibility for identifying, recommending, or providing solutions through designated channels and ensures the implementation of those solutions. Evaluates products, processes and policies to increase revenue while ensuring the minimal amount of downtime.

Responsibilities & Impact

• Ensure that the appropriate, cross-functional resources like QA are involved in phases of implementation and support including pre-and post-implementation
• Improve processes and design continuously more efficient ways to configure client portals.
• Work directly with clients to configure LiveVox features in real-time, the goal being to help facilitate the most rapid time to launch the feature into production possible.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of LiveVox products/components, and services
• Meet all established deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Follow the process that delivers continuous improvement and flawless execution
• Provide transparency for project status and delivery.
• Strong attention to detail with project and process management skillset and experience
• Lead the design and development of scalable, highly available, and performant platform components, services, and RESTful APIs
• Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
• Develops a variety of applications, procedures, reports, scripts, and/or interfaces.

• A master's degree in information systems or systems Analysis is required.
• A minimum of one year of experience in Java, Apex, Angular/Ionic, Modern JavaScript (ES2017+), Typescript, and UI/UX design with full-stack development experience.
• A minimum of one year experience of systems implementations, which may include: designing products, programming, providing team leadership, testing, implementing, reporting, reviewing finished products, and tracking performance and data quality.
• Good customer service skills, ability to relate with a diverse group of customers/clients/vendors both verbally and in writing
• Strong overall technical background
• Proficient in data manipulation and cleaning
• Strategic thinker and problem solver
• Strong documentation and training skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees
• Understanding integration scenarios and design with previous complex Sales Force API integrations
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once with strong attention to detail
• Keep up to date with the latest development in technique, methodology and software availability
• Experience with agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
• Prior experience in a technical leadership or mentorship role is a plus
