About You

Essential Functions

• Preparation of daily Managers Report reporting on current week’s sales and gross profit for GM division procurement managers.
• Processing of weekly and monthly Pharmacy invoices and miscellaneous invoices related to the GM procurement teams.
• Preparing A/R weekly tie out for GM division
• Reconciling direct PO receiving errors for the GM division working along with store receivers and accounts payable.
• Processing of weekly miscellaneous store credits, charges and rebates through SB Data
• Vendor billings related to store credits when applicable
• Preparation of monthly balance sheet account schedules
• Review and fix A/R Batches on hold daily
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a concentration in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance.
• Strong time management, multi-tasking and organization skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent technical and personal computer skills, including Excel.
• Familiarity with Kronos/PeopleSoft, Oracle and RAPID.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.21 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
