LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill a Junior Accountant job for the corporate office located in Fremont, CA. The role is 100% in-office. The ideal candidate would have at least 1 year of experience in an entry level accounting position. You will be responsible for applying customer payments, complete application of unapplied items, create invoices, respond and resolve customer calls related to billing, account balance, payments received, maintain and update the system regarding notes and special instructions, and any additional projects as assigned.
Qualifications for the job include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- Proficient with Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
- Comfortable working independently, team player with a "can do" and "want do" attitude
- Attention to detail, problem-solver, analytical, and organized
- Excellent communications and customer service skills
Experience: 1 year of experience in Accounting position
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00
