The Junior Account Manager is responsible for setting the team's goals, understanding the importance of building and maintaining relationships with customers, and ensuring a team effort of serving satisfactorily.
Junior Account Manager Role and Responsibilities:
- Strategize and project - Plan, project, and strategize team menus and brainstorm marketing meal item names to engage customers
- Educate customers on products - Ensure they are purchasing something they will LOVE
- Maintain customer focus - Work with the team to evaluate new customer goals and assist with identifying solutions that will meet their need. Handle complaints from the customer, employee disagreements, and other problems that may affect sales operations.
Junior Account Manager Requirements:
- Business or leadership experience preferred
- Ready to commute to LA
- Has full-time availability
- familiarity with smart devices
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's Degree required
