Jr. Loan Processor (Bi-Lingual Spanish)

We are a 40-year-old Commercial Equipment Lender looking for a self-motivated, organized, and positive individual to assist our Sales Department in a variety of tasks. As a Jr. Loan Processor, you will act as a liaison between customers and our Documentation Department to help close our loans in a timely manner. This is an entry level position however experience with loan processing would be favorable. (We are a Commercial Equipment Lender and DO NOT service real estate loans). Fluency in Spanish is required.

Specific job duties will include:
• Assisting our Sales staff with gathering required documentation needed to close loans
• Assisting customers through the application and documentation process
• Running credit inquiries
• Communicating with customers, vendors, and third parties to a help gather necessary information and/or documentation
• Production of loan documents
• File building and data entry
• Strong interpersonal / phone skills

The right candidate will possess the following qualities:
• Strong PC literacy, including Microsoft Office products
• Able to problem solve
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy
• Ability to work in a team environment
We will train the right candidate as they learn the commercial finance industry.

This position requires significant time over the phone with a customer base that is largely Spanish-speaking, therefor fluency in Spanish is required.

This is a full-time position; Monday through Friday 8am-5pm and includes benefits.
