Loan Processor

Mortgage Banker expanding nationwide has openings for experienced Loan Processors. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION (all in office) !!! Applicants must have at a minimum of 3 yrs of current processing experience to include knowledge of underwriting guidelines. Applicants need a minimum of 3 yrs experience processing FHA and VA loans. USDA experience a PLUS!! Applicants MUST be dependable (be at work every day!!) Applicants MUST be dependable, self starters, good communication skills ( will be communicating directly with borrowers) , ability to think out of a box and aggressive in gathering loan conditions in a timely manner. Pay: $250.00 - $300.00 per day
