Carla Guilhem Design is an award-winning interior design studio specializing in luxury residential and high-end yachting projects. With a portfolio of exclusive clients, our team of passionate designers is dedicated to creating exceptional, tailor-made spaces that embody sophistication, functionality, and innovation.
We are seeking an exceptionally talented and detail-oriented Jr. Interior Designer with at least THREE years of experience to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to develop unique concepts that cater to our discerning clientele's needs and preferences.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the design team to develop innovative and unique interior design concepts for luxury residential and yachting projects.
- Utilize advanced design software to produce high-quality drawings, renderings, and presentations.
- Conduct research and analysis on materials, finishes, and products to ensure the highest quality and functionality of design solutions.
- Assist in managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring smooth coordination with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
- Work diligently to meet project deadlines and follow the directions of senior designers and management.
- Present design ideas and concepts to clients and senior designers in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the interior design industry to continuously elevate the firm's creative output.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Three years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in luxury residential or yachting projects.
- Exceptional creativity, aesthetics, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the capacity to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Impeccable time management skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines and follow directions from superiors.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
